We recently purchased our first furbaby (Jack Russell puppy) from Kim at Burbunya Jacks. Raffy is a healthy, handsome, intelligent and sociable rough coat Jack with a beautiful temperament. Whenever we take him for walks we are always stopped on the street as everyone wants to say hello! Kim made the process both easy and incredibly special, we were provided with consistent updates on Raffy's growth, progress and personality as well as adorable videos and photos. Kim cares for her puppies as if they were her own and prioritises their health and wellbeing above everything.We really couldn't recommend Burbunya Jacks more, especially if you are looking for an ethical and trusted breeder. As this was our first puppy we were nervous and unfamiliar with the process but Kim simplified all the overwhelming new information and provided clear and helpful checklists/how to guides and was always only a text or phone call away! The best part is even after picking Raffy up Kim has been dedicated to providing training, grooming and socialisation advice. We absolutely adore Raffy and believe that we truly hit the jackpot - thank you Kim!
